We use OpenAI's content moderation service to automatically screen user-generated content (such as map names and descriptions) for potentially harmful or inappropriate material. This content may be sent to OpenAI for analysis. OpenAI's use of this data is subject to their Privacy Policy.
GitGuessr is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content, including code displayed from third-party repositories. Game content may be added, modified, or removed at any time without notice.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GitGuessr and its operators, affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
